Home/Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Saniya Travels (Kuno Saniya Travels, Sheopur, Madhya Pradesh — 476337; Online Reg. C/263079, GSTIN 23CMPPK54151Z6) collects through kunosaniyatravels.com, why we collect it and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Information you give us

When you send a safari enquiry or book a taxi on our website, we collect:

  • Safari enquiry: your name, phone number, preferred visit date, safari slot, number of people, chosen package and any message you write.
  • Taxi booking: your name, phone number, pickup and drop city, vehicle, one-way or round trip, travel date and time, return date, number of passengers, pickup address and any message you write.
  • Calls and WhatsApp: if you call or WhatsApp us, we see your number and the messages you send, as with any phone conversation.

We use these details only to reply to you, plan and confirm your safari or trip, share driver and vehicle details, collect payment and keep our booking records (including GST records). We do not sell your details and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for offers.

2. Information collected automatically

  • Technical details: with each booking we store your IP address to help stop spam and fake bookings.
  • Visit counter: our own counter records which pages are viewed each day. To count unique visitors it uses a one-way code made from the date, IP address and browser type; we do not keep your IP address for this, and these codes are deleted after two days.
  • Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site (for example the pages visited, the city and device type, and clicks on the call, WhatsApp and booking buttons). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

3. Offer notifications

If you tap "Yes" to offer alerts, your browser gives us a notification address (it does not include your name or phone number). We use it only to send occasional Kuno offers and news. You can turn alerts off at any time in your browser's site settings; we then delete the address automatically.

4. Who we share information with

  • Our team and drivers: the driver or guide on your trip receives your name, phone number, pickup details and timing.
  • Service providers that help us run the site: our web hosting company (which stores the website and booking records), email and WhatsApp services used to alert us about a new booking, and Google (Analytics, Maps).
  • Forest department / park authorities: when booking a safari, the details required for the safari permit (such as name and ID) are shared with the park as needed.
  • Law: if a court, the police or another authority lawfully asks for it.

5. Content from other websites

Some pages show a Google Map, videos from YouTube or Instagram, or posts from X (Twitter). These are loaded from those companies, which may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies. Fonts and some scripts are loaded from Google Fonts and jsDelivr.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax and accounting rules (generally up to 8 years for billing records). Google Analytics data is kept by Google for up to 14 months, as set in our account.

7. How we protect it

The site uses a secure HTTPS connection. Booking records are kept in a password-protected admin area that only our team can access, and driver documents are stored in a private folder that is not public. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your details.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them (where we don't need to keep them by law). You can also withdraw your consent for offer alerts at any time. To do any of this, or to raise a complaint, contact us:

We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

Bookings must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect details of children except names or ages that a parent shares for a family booking.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
